Meli Tours Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Fiji tours! We’re here to give you a relaxed, enjoyable experience, but there are a few simple terms to help keep things smooth for everyone.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website.
  • Payment is made directly to your driver in cash when you’re collected for your tour.
  • Please let us know your group size when you book so we can plan transport and stops accordingly.
  • Be ready on time at your pickup location. If you’re running late, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

2. Food & Drink

  • We provide bottled water for all guests as part of the tour.
  • Food is not included, so please bring your own snacks or meals, or be ready to buy food along the way at local stops.
  • Please help us keep Fiji clean by disposing of any rubbish responsibly.

3. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all guests have their own travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes, delays, accidents, or medical needs.
  • All tours are taken at your own risk. Our company is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage that may occur during the tour.

4. Children

  • Parents and caregivers are fully responsible for the behaviour and care of any children in their group.
  • Some activities or locations may not be suitable for young children, so please check with us before booking if you’re unsure.

5. Accessibility & Health

  • Some of our tours may not be suitable for people with mobility issues due to uneven ground, steps, or boat access.
  • If you or someone in your group has mobility needs, please let us know in advance so we can advise on the best options.

6. Photography

  • You’re welcome to take as many photos and videos as you like during the tour. We love it when our guests share their experiences!

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Tours may be cancelled or changed due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we’ll do our best to rebook you or offer an alternative.
  • Refunds are not available once the tour is complete.

8. Behaviour & Safety

  • For everyone’s safety, please follow any instructions given by your driver or guide.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
